Immerse yourself in the Grand Canyon University student experience by taking a guided tour from the best person to tell you about it: a student!

Whether you’re looking for an in-depth, engaging experience to see all that GCU has to offer, or for something more academically focused, we would love to showcase our beautiful campus to you! GCU's campus tour excursions offer a range of specialized experiences for prospective students and their families. Attendees can explore the following (subject to availability): 

  • Academic programs, including the Honors College and STEM fields 
  • Student employment, internships and experiences 
  • Campus facilities, including chapel, business accelerators, hands-on labs, sports complexes and performing arts venues

Tours depart from the Antelope Reception Center (ARC), located in the Student Advising Services Building. We also offer Spanish and travel reimbursement tours,1 which are available upon request.

Specialty programming and excursions can be booked during the campus tour reservation process. We will do our best to accommodate your tour requests, but we may need to consider alternate dates. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate special visit requests that require:

  • Meals
  • Special facility tours
  • Overnight accommodations
  • Transportation to and from campus

The ARC is closed on holidays, special occasions and Mondays at 11 am for Chapel when class is in session fall and spring semesters.

As you prepare for your visit to GCU, find out how our education and offerings can help equip you for your future.

1 Travel reimbursement is only available to students who have been accepted to the traditional campus, plus one legal guardian, from a student’s home city/state to Phoenix, AZ. School/district/organizations staff, faculty and/or personnel are also eligible. To participate, the program requires a signed MOU by both the student and parent/guardian or personnel, approval of travel dates by GCU and receipts submitted per GCU requirements. Travel reimbursement thresholds vary based on location and education sector. Only one form of travel will be reimbursed, air or ground. GCU does not reimburse hotel expenses, baggage costs, early check-in or travel insurance fees. Travel reimbursement usually occurs within 45 days.
