Critical Analysis and Problem Solving -
Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Bachelor of Science in Applied Management program will be able to critically analyze organizational problems and propose solutions as contributing team members and change agents.

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative methods of research.
• Develop data collection plans for action research in organizations.
• Use human-centered design and technological advances to identify opportunities and solve real-world problems in business contexts.

Marketing and Advertising -
Graduates of Grand Canyon University's Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising program will be able to formulate marketing objectives and develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies and tactics. Graduates will be able to perform marketing research, segmentation, and target marketing, and apply principles of product and services marketing, including design, pricing, advertising and promotion, digital marketing, distribution, and customer relationship management.

• Formulate objectives and manage marketing decisions and strategies for product and services markets.
• Evaluate internal and external environments and consumer and business buying behavior that affect marketing strategies.
• Determine marketing mix strategies that drive sales and maximize long-term profitability in the marketplace.
• Design integrated marketing communication plans appropriate for product and services markets.
